You know, that's interesting about the helmet laws, because there is NOT a helmet law in Pennsylvania, and I admit it does make me shudder when somebody goes by on a motorcycle without wearing a helmet.
I know I'm late to the party, but that's part of my rant--any time we have to switch the clocks, either direction, can totally FO. Being messed up for over a week is just not worth it.
