I second the FO to Helen Thomas.
But my FO is to irresponsible people. People who go along, doing what they know will get them in trouble (financially or otherwise) and who then, when it comes time to pay the piper, cry "poor!" or "victim!" or who-knows-what and expects the people who HAVE been doing stuff the "boring" responsible way to bail them out.
